Since it's made of silicone, you can wear a mask, do housework, or do other work, and it can be adjusted with a strap, so young children can use it as well. Kids use it in clearing mode, and I use it in complete mode or anti-aging mode, and I feel brighter after use, and I take makeup well in the morning~ It's easy to use multiple times on a single charge.

I wanted the series 2 red light mask and a blue light mask, so this multi-light mask was the perfect solution! I use the green light for brightening and the red light for anti-aging. Current body customer support has been really helpful with understanding how much I should use the different modes, and advised I only use blue light on active blemishes, as it can cause adverse effects on clear skin. I exclusively used the red mode for the first 6 weeks (probaby 4-5 times a week) and have noticed collagen returning to my skin. After that I cut back to every other day (which apparently actually yields better results than every day - too much LED therapy can cause your skin to desensitize to the therapy or even stress the cells and therefore backtrack your progress). The brightening mode works amazingly well - I have ******* and sun damage, and I feel like the green light has been helping. I'm actually kind of shocked at the before and after photos, one taken the day I received the kit and one a few days ago (roughly 2 months later). I weigh the same in both photos but my face looks less sunken, the wrinkles in my neck are less deep, the skin over my eyes is less saggy, and my lips look more full.
A comment about the straps - you can put one of the longer straps over top of your head. I spent some time adjusting them and included a photo here in case it's helpful to others. Yes, the part behind my head looks weird but this is what worked that didn't put scratchy velcro near my…

I have been suffering from ********** for years now, I tried everything, creams, antibiotics even roaccutane. Nothing was a permanent solution. A new dermatologisr told me I should give this mask a try. I did and I wish I had it sooner. My skin looks so smooth and I still have Some outburts but they are under control now. I really hope it stays like this. Love that you have all the options to choose from! Def recommend! Only thing I could say is that I found the mask rather big for my head and the straps arent the best to fit my head but I don’t mind. It is the results for me!
