I've only had this device for five days and I've used it twice each day. From day 1 the puffiness under my eyes began to disappear and now in day five the left under eye puffiness has completely disappeared and the right under eye puffiness is minimal. However, my one gripe is the timer; the device has two setting and several strengths, and comes on with the spa setting and last used strength, the recommended usage is 30 seconds per eye, and the timer lets you know after 30 seconds, yet continues to run for 3 minutes and to switch it off you have to go through the second setting before it turns off. This makes absolutely no sense. Why does it not turn off automatically after the 1 minute timer? Why carry on for another two minutes? Or better still why not pulsate 15 seconds for under eye, 15 for over eye, and then turn off? That's my only gripe, the time routine really doesn't suit the recommendations or my own personal requirements. But as a device it definitely does what it's designed to do and very quickly too!
I love it that much I'm now after trying the LUNA 2!
